Frequently Asked Questions

iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch)

No sound

1. Make sure that the sound is enabled in the Settings menu of the app.
2. Some apps may have problems when the "Ringer and Alerts Volume" is set to zero or low level. Please check the "Ringer and Alerts Volume" under Settings >> General >> Sounds.
3. If you cannot hear sounds, it usually means that the MUTE function on your iPad is set to ON. Most of our new apps do not react to the mute setting, but for some of them the mute function on your device must be set to off.

To do so, please follow these steps:
First make sure that the hardware mute button on your iPad is off. On your iPad, the small side switch can be set to work as the rotation lock or the mute button. On your device, go to Settings >> General. On the right, you can see "Use side switch to:" and you can choose "Lock Rotation" or "Mute". If "Mute" is selected, try to change the switch position to "Mute Off" and you should be able to hear the sounds.

If you use the switch as the Rotation Lock, the sound can be muted in your Control Center. Unfortunately, the Control Center where the mute button is switched to ON/OFF is activated differently on iOS7 than on previous versions. You can find how to do it here:
http://www.atreks.com/ios7-sound-issue-quick-fix-in-control-center/

You may need several attempts to do it if you have never done it before. Put your finger as low on the screen as you can and then swipe up. When the the bell icon is white, it indicates that the mute is on (no sound). Please tap it and switch to black bell button (sound is on).

If you use older iOS versions, follow directions here:

4. If none of this helps, you can also try to reset your iPad:

If you unlocked the full version of the app using in-app purchases you can easily restore it after reinstallation or or on other device using the same user account. You will not be charged again. Go to the Settings menu (from the main menu) and you should be able to restore the purchase using the Restore button.

Android devices

No sound

Most often this is a problem with device settings and can be solved quite easily. Please go to the Settings/Volumes and check all the Volumes Settings. This may happen when the alert volume is set to zero. If this does not help, please try to restart your device (completely switch off and then back on). If this does not help, you can try completely uninstall your app and download/reinstall again (you will not be charged again if you use the same account).

Cannot download the app on Google Play Store (Package file is invalid, error 492 or similar error message)

The downloading and installation process depends on the store and your device.
This happens some times on Android devices. When you try to search on Google for "Package file is invalid" or similar error you can get many possible reasons and solutions.
I cannot recommed which one could work for you, but you can look for an example here:
http://www.android-advice.com/2012/fix-android-market-package-file-is-invalid/
Sometimes it helps, sometimes not.
We recommend contacting Google Play Store customer support for a help.

Still have only the free version instead of the full version after purchasing

It looks that you try to run the free version instead of the full version. Please delete the free version and try to find the full version. If it is not installed, you can download it and install again from the Store for free (you already paid for it).
